Hello,
I have an OpenVPN Server in the Cloud (OpenVPN as a Service)
I access the OpenVPN server via a webinterface.
I've created a "network", subnet 192.168.178.0/24
And I have created a connector for this subnet.
My VPN scenario is:
In my office :
-Admin-PC (Win10)
-OpenVPN Client installed
In a remote Site (192.168.178.0\24):
-Connector-PC (Win10,192.168.178.20) :
-OpenVPN Client with Connector profile installed
-IP routing\forwarding enabled
-Device1 (Win10,192.168.178.39):
-no OpenVPN client installed
-static route for VPN traffic to Connector-PC
-Device2 (Win10,192.168.178.40):
-no OpenVPN client installed
-static route for VPN traffic to Connector-PC
My Problem/question is:
From my Admin-PC I can ping device1 in the remote site
But:
From my Amin-PC I can not ping device2 in the remote site
device1 and device2 are configured identically, only difference is their IpNr.
So why can I ping device1 but not device2 even though they are in the same subnet in the remote site?
And what confuses me also is the fact that:
Device2 can ping the Admin-PC on its VPN-IpNr - but in the other direction ping does not work. (Firewalls are disabled)
Connect from PC to remote site with 2 PCs
