connecting freezes

Hi,
i got win32 client 1.8.0, and like in all my colleagues laptops, every time i disconnect and try to reconnect again to a specified server, it freezes completeley. In the notification area it gives all the time the message that is "connecting", but no success at all.
I already uninstalled and run it again, as a local admin user -> still no success.

Can u pls help to figure it out
