I got quotation about product of VPN : Shared IP/month & Static IP stock VPN static IP=0 IP.

Which one is better & more comfort ?

That's a question of perspective that only you can answer.

Have you looked at each of these to determine which you might prefer?

I prefer the Static IP stock VPN. I think that's much better. Just my 2 cents.

I have used both. I definitely have better success with the Static VPN . I had some issues with shared VPN affecting downtime and other factors. This is just my experiece/opinion.
