How to conect trough ftp to clients

I have running ubuntu openvpn network and all server and clients are linux.
I need help how to conect from one speciali machine to all other in the openvpn network trough ftp.
When i enable client to client it is possible i know but in that case all clients can accsess each other and i dont want that.
I want only one machine to accsess all other machines in openvpn network woith ftp client.

Need help,thnx :-)
