Wrong Time in Logs

I think the time on the server is wrong bc it is showing something completely different in the log reports than what is. I tested it by logging in at 10:23 EST and it says im logged in at 5:47.... I tried changing the SYSTEM TIME in the BIOS to no avail. I dont see anything else that pertains to time in the admin UI. DOes anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
