failed to activate licence

hello,
i search on this forum for my problem but i didn't find this error message:
LicenseActivate: <Fault 9000: 'twisted.internet.error.TimeoutError: User timeout caused connection failure.'>
This message come then i try to activate my licence, it's strange because the openvpn client connect fine to the server.

I use Openvpn virtual appliance and just use the wizard to configure my box.
the ping command don't work too, the traceroute is not installed.
can someone help me to well configure and check the parameters so i can successfull activate my licence ?
