But I can not start TightVNC.
What IP address must I use to connect to TightVNC that runs on the OpenVPN server?
Can anyone help please?
Thanks

You should be able to use either the VPN server endpoint IP, (looks like 10.8.0.1 from your logs), or to the internal LAN IP.
