UDPv4: Connection reset by peer

Hi i am newbie and i have perchased a vpn from a friend and now i am facing this problem when i am trying to connecting. the logs are below.

unbelievable ............ after 24 hours no answer from support forum. huhh is this support forum for open vpn ?

yes this is the community support forum, we are volunteers.
you have a general network problem... either wrong port/ip/protocol, or something in-between is blocking

as krzee said we are all volunteers
we help people in our free time..
we are hobbists with more or less expirience on openvpn.

if you demand support simply buy AS version, or simply
be patient and wait for someone to help...

keep in mind that you mention a problem you have without
even telling basic info about your setup (configs,logs..)

if you want to get help,post server logs so we can determine if
server has a problem or your side has a problem..
