network rate

Post by ouafnico » Fri Apr 29, 2011 1:18 pm

Hi,

I using openvpn all days. I'm wondering why on windows or linux, the network card generated by openvpn is in 10Mbits/s.

Can we have 100Mbits/s for openvpn network card ?

Thanks a lot for information

the 10 Mbps is a bogus number - the actual network speed of openvpn can be much higher. Esp on Linux it's quite easy to obtain 95 Mbps or higher, on Windows it's a bit trickier but also possible.
