tap driver install failed! Please help!

Hi there,

I've been using OpenVPN on diff computers with diff os and configuration. So far so good.
This morning I installed the latest version from your web site and I got into this problem.

I've tried every method on the forums and on google. Driver signing is disabled, manually install is not working either, I am running as Admin, Tried right click and install as admin, no luck.

My setup:
Windows 7 Pro (up2date except sp1) 32bit version
No antivirus/antispyware/firewall. Even windows firewall is down, together with windows defender.

What should I do?

this is happening with 2.2.0?
