I'm new to VPN, setting it up for school and I keep getting this error, and this is what my log looks like each time:

probably you need to add this
ns-cert-type server
into server config.

also you havent install TAP interface into your windows..
go Start -> All Programs -> OpenVPN -> Add a new TAP-Win32 virtual ethernet adapter.
