Updating only specific users default routes

I am using OpenvpnAS in layer 3 route mode and assigning specific ip blocks for per user. I also want to allow some users to have a vpn access that will modify its default route. If anyone can provide me a way to have this split configuration I would be greatly thankful.

do you mean : add
push "redirect-gateway def1"
to the specific client's CCD files?
