Greetings,
I was hoping to get a definitive answer on this. Is there anyway to connect to an OpenVPN server without admin rights? I have read a bunch of articles which discuss giving users special permissions so they can use the client, but this always requires logging in as an Admin to accomplish this. I need to be able to access the vpn from public computers to which I do not have any admin rights to. Is there any way to do this?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Administrator Rights TAP driver Install
OpenVPN needs access to a tun/tap driver, or, on Windows, access to the TAP-Win32 driver. This driver needs to be installed before OpenVPN can work. If you don't have the rights to do so then you're out of luck.
