Layer 2 Problem (Layer 3 works)

Post by solero » Sat Jan 15, 2011 10:20 am

Hello everybody

First: OpenVPN is a great product ;)

Here a description of my problem: I run a configuration with Layer 3 (Routing). It works with no problem. But I have to test the Layer 2 (NAT) for VMware VIEW. So I changed to NAT and i got an IP address from my DHCP. I also can ping my access Server, but only the access server. No other machine in my environment. I have tested a lot of things, but I didn't get it. Have you any ideas?

Here some information about my config:

DHCP IP: 192.168.100.21 <-> DG: 192.168.100.21 <-> WAN Interface 192.168.1.100 <-> ISP Modem 192.168.1.1 <-> Public IP
Access Server 192.168.100.24
IP Pool 192.168.100.50-60

NetMask 255.255.255.0

Thank you for your inputs.

Nice regards
Solero
