Hello,
I am facing a problem regarding the use of OpenVPN on windows xp sp 3. I am using the interface management via telnet, when I connect the first time and I enter my statement if I enter with hold release command and after I quit the process openvpn.exe dies and I can no longer connect via telnet.
I am doing a python interface to use, and must perform the following steps:
- access via telnet;
- state on
- hold release
- PKCS11-id-count
- PKCS11-get-id
- quit -> here the process dies
- show the interface
- select a certificate
- login again -> can not because the process has died.
- use
That's it, I hope you can help me
Thanks

Re: process openvpn.exe problem
Greetings,
What version of the OpenVPN software are you using? I'm in the process of setting up an environment to try replicating what you're trying to do (I don't use Windows regularly), but I think the version of the software you're using might be important information.
_____
Edit
Is this a server or a client?
Regards,
Stephen
