Problem with VPN Client

Post by Gabor » Sun Dec 12, 2010 10:36 am

It is my first post on the forum so I welcome everyone.

I instaled OpenVPN Access Server Virtual Appliance under VMware Workstation. Server DHCP gives him IP number 192.168.2.103. Under my WinXp when is launched VMware Workstation has a number IP 192.168.2.101 and than I was instaling OpenVPN Client everything is OK until I restart system. I have a message about error ocurred: "See the logfile 'C:\Program Files\OpenVPN Technologies\OpenVPN Client\core\uiboot.exe.log' for details". And when I trying start OpenVPN Client I have another error: "Unable to communicate with the OpenVPN service. Ensure that it has been started". I click exit button, and application closed. Obviously I have been previously started VPN server .
I think the problem is client side system (WinXP), because when I re-instaling VPN Client I can connect to VPN Server but again, until I restart system.
What could be causing this problem?

Thank you in advance for you help.
