VPN not working with McAffe
We have just downloaded and installed latest VPN server on our network, our license is OLZP-MYFP-CKTL-TX9W, the version of the server that we downloaded is 1.5.6 One of our clients is unable to connect to his remote pc using vpn. The vpn have been installed on his pc according to standard setup procedures, results are the same for wired as well as wireless connection. VPN appears to be working and user seems to be connected with his user name and password, but the network connection that is created for vpn has a red cross through it and user is unable to use remote desktop to connect to his work pc or our internal website. The OS for this pc is Windows XP Media Center Edition version 2002 service pack 2 and antivirus software is McAfee .
