OpenVPN alongside with NGINX on one server?

I installed OpenVPN on my web server.
I can not make it work.
It is possible that the issue is that OpenVPN conflicts with NGINX?
I tried UPD/1194 and TCP/1194 ports for OpenVPN.
Is it possible that OpenVPN also expects 443 port to be available?
