Hi.
We have been utilizing OpenVPN for years to connect to our company network.
A colleague installed the latest version of the client, v2.6.6, on a new machine, copied the key file and tried to connect as always. After entering username and password, he gets:
ERROR: could not read Private Key username/password/ok/string from management
After downgrading to 2.5.4, there was no error message and he got connected.
What happened between the versions that causes the error?
Regards,
Thomas

Yes! Enquiring minds want to know, as well as wanting a way to stifle the requirement on the Windows client (using the OpenVPN GUI). It will be a major PITA to re-issue all the OVPN config and support files for all our users that upgrade past 2.5.9
