Hello,

we currently have a problem that has persistet since the iOS App version 3.3.0 and is still happening in version 3.3.4.
The problem we are facing is that VPN profiles that are pushed via customdata can not be activated, even while having the exact same data as the .ovpn file. While VPN profiles that are pushed as .ovpn file to the device and then manualy added are working perfectly fine.

Has anyone encountered this or a similar problem before and might know a solution to this problem,

Yes, this is a known issue with the Connect app on iOS. Initially the intention was to only push VOD profiles via iOS .mobileconfig and we did not account for the scenario where regular (non VOD) profiles would also be installed this way.
This bug is already being addressed and will be fixed in our next major iOS release (Connect ver 3.4.0)

thank you, that's great to hear and takes the guesswork out of why it's not working at present. Eagerly waiting for the next major release.
