tun0 linux connected but ping of local device not works

tun0 linux connected but ping of local device not works

Hi all, I have a ubuntu server with openvpn server which works correctly. Infact if I connect with android or windows I can reach the lan devices connected to office where open vpn server is located.
At home I have another ubuntu server with openvpn client which connect to openvpn server

TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0
but if I try ping some ip of office devices they are not reached

then I would like connect to home devices from office where in office a openvpn server is establish and at home a openvpn client on ubuntu is created.

Can some one help me?
