Add Route Network

Hello,

I am preparing an Open VPN server under windows


IPServer OpenVPN:
OpenVPN Server Windows IP:
192.168.1.99 /255.255.255.255.0/
GW:192.168.1.1

On this same network I have network in 172.16.0.X/255.255.255.255.0/GW:192.168.1.1 /Vlan100

Router: 192.168.1.1 and 172.16.0.1 (vlan100)

How in the configuration of OpenServer (Client and Server) I must do to say to "route" to 172.16.0.0 to 192.168.1.1
