OpenVPN connects, working fine on mobile hotspot, but not on the home broadband

I was wondering if anyone can help or offer advice.

Until recently, I used the OpenVPN client just fine. But, the company I work for created a new VPN server and send a new profile to use. Now, I can connect to the VPN, and I can open any other web page - but not any URL that's behind the VPN. This happens only while on my home broadband, connected through a router.

If I switch networks, say to a mobile network via hotspot - then everything works fine. Already contacted my ISP and they are telling me that they are not blocking anything, have no VPN connections, and no IP address.

Anyone can offer any help, please?
