RHEL 9 NetworkManager Upgrades Break Server Connection

After upgrade NetworkManager, NetworkManager-libnm, NetworkManager-team and NetworkManager-tui to 1:1.40.0-2.el9_1 from yum update, all clients lost connection to the server.

I had to recover the server from VM snapshots. Anyone know the fixes?
