Omada, Starlink, PC

Hi,
I'd like to be able to remotely access my home network when i'm away working but i'm not sure where to start.

I have a starlink router plugged into a TP Link ER605 which is controlled by the Omada OC-300 controller. How do I go about getting a static IP address to put into the config so that I can remote in?
