Hello. When you turn on the computer and try to connect to the openvpn server, it gives an error: all tap-windows adapters on this system are currently in use

Temporarily (before rebooting / shutting down the PC), the problem is solved by turning off and on the network connection of the TAP adapter.

Is it possible to somehow solve the problem in a thorough way?
