Internet redirection problem with DNS

I all.

I've had a problem for a while and still haven't found a solution. So I resolve to ask you the question. I have at my compagny 2 OPNsense servers configured with high availability. My compagny have an AD domain on microsoft with a DNS server. I have configured a VPN on ONPsense with OPENvpn. It work fine but i have a problem that I don't understand. When i'm connected to the VPN on my personal computer at my home, if i want to resolve hostname of my computers compagny, i must configure the DNS compagny server address on my OPENvpn server. Without that, i can't ping for example marcus-pc and it work just with address ip. But if i configure the DNS compagny server address on my OPENvpn server, when i navigate on internet on my personal computer at my home, my internet traffic goes through the VPN. And i don't want that for my internet traffic. And i don't understand because "redirect gateway" is not check on my OPENvpn server.
So is there a way I can resolve the hostname of my company computers and still have internet traffic going through the internet at home?

With DNS, i can resolve hostname but i have public IP address of my internet compagny
Without DNS, i can't resolve hostname and i have public IP address of my local internet
I what to resolve hotname and i want to have public IP address of my local internet
