"OpenVPN Connect" and "Netgear VPN"

First let me say that I have successfully set up "OpenVPN" to connect to my home Netgear VPN which involves renaming the VPN adpater to "NETGEAR-VPN"

While this would not normally be an issue. I do connect to a variety of VPN's in my line of work all of which I can use the openvpn-connect software

That being said, my question is: How can I use the OpenVPNConnect software to connect to my Netgear VPN instead of the standard OpenVPN client?

I have searched for documentation, but my "Google-Fu" is not strong enough.
