2FA Code Entering
I would be nice to use both enter keys after input the 2FA Code into OPEN VPN CONNECT for Windows. currently only the main ENTER Key works. (last Version it was Ctrl+Enter )
So please add in the next Version the possibility to use the keys "enter", "enter (num-block)" and "ctrl-enter" to submit the 2 Factor Authentication Code.

a. @cell-j thank you for pointing out that the enter on the main part of the keyboard works! b. I second this request for the num pad please.
