OpenVPN AS 2.85
I have some users that are experiencing an issue with Duo Mobile and and OpenVPN with cellphone hotspots. I have 2fa setup with duo, and when users try to use their phone as a wireless hotspot (iphone), as well as to authenticate via duo mobile, they get a message back from ovpntray.exe 'your session has expired, please reauthenticate', while on the openvpn server, the following message is logged:
SESSION_ID only allowed to be used by client IP address that created it.
Anyone else have users successfully using both duo mobile for 2fa as well as cellphone as a hotspot?

Re: Problems using cellphone as a hotspot
Hello cchupela2,
As a first thing to try I'd like to suggest to upgrade to 2.9.4 and see if the issue still occurs then. If it does, report to https://openvpn.net/support for support on this. It kind of looks like certain requests are made from different IP addresses when hotspot is used. There may be a setting to override this behavior.
Kind regards,
Johan
