[windows] c++ Auto Ethernet bridging using TAP

Is there any c++ coding example
to auto perform auto Ethernet bridging using TAP driver
(the virtual NIC communicating router and obtaining unique DHCP IP).

I did some research. the only thing pops up is the bridging using OpenVPN with manual setup
