Accessing media content through OpenVPN

Hi,
My OpenVPN setup is as below. This is a tun network over udp.

I use Openvpn in "Location-1" to access database on "Location-2". Everything is working perfectly till here.
Now I added "Location-3" to the VPN. This is successfully connected to the vpn. All three locations can talk to each other.

Location-2 and Location-3 are in the USA and Location-1 is in India.

I wish to access OTT platforms of India in the USA using my above setup. How could I do that?
Basically I want to create my own vpn server in India which works like Nord/Express VPN to access Netflix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
