Our Admin Got Fired Need Help!!

Well our Admin got let go and I'm doing everything I can to keep the business flowing, today our VPN went down. When I say I need help I mean I really need it. I don't know if we own this server or if its all cloud based through open vpn or what. Here are the two issues as I see it.

1. Our associates are using a version older than Windows - older than 3.2.2 This has been confirmed. When I update to the new client I am asked to import a profile. I tried our server address and it failed. Perhaps I need to be onsite for it to pull the profile? It says I can import a file but I have no idea where to get the file from.

2. Earlier I was getting an error when connecting to our server but it seems to be up now. I connect via URL and am clueless about where it lives. Does this server need to be updated? Also what do I need to do so that when people download the client from our server they get the updated version? GUI based answers would be much appreciated. Thanks a million in advance!

p.s. The "server" or admin portal I access to create accounts etc begins with https://connect. so I don't think this is our server. Cheers!
