Adding External Expiration Dates and Double Logins

So I have an openvpn config that I want to give to people and I want to add a second password, so basically they would get asked to authorize themselves twice with two different username name and passwords. And I also want to know if I can set it their config to expire at a certain time.

The issue is I don't own the server the config was just given to me. So I want to have it ask for the first credentials(the one the server owner gave me) and the second credentials which would be controlled by checking something external, like a website code. And a way to set an expiration date so I can kick them off without kicking me or others off. Is this possible?
