HOW DO I give accesses to Chrome

Hi,
I am a newbie !
I recently asked HELP to reconnect my OpenVpn connection on my Pc.
I finally resolved that BUT now when I connect my "OpenVPN Connect" I cannot use any of my WebBrowser (Chrome, Bing) to access webfiles !!

What is the problem ?
It works fine on my iPhone !!
