Packet Drops on Digital Ocean cloud

I have setup a OpenVPN Access server on DigitalOcean. However when I connect a client, I either don't get internet connection or get 80% packer drops. I have opened a ticket with OpenVPN 24/7 support as well, but have not heard from them and I already paid for a subscription too

Update: I tried this in AWS (India region) - same result - VPN client connects, but packet drops to internet

Tried deploying a DO droplet in NY region - same result - VPN client connects, but packet drops to internet
