Access Private website?

Hi

Im a newbie and wondering if OpenVPN can do what im looking for, appreciate anyone's help.

I want to access a private website on my own LAN from outside of the LAN. I don't want anyone else to be able to access it.

Can OpenVPN do this? if so how?
