Locally route my domain

Hi,

I have a server with several virtual machines.

One is my VPN, say IP = 192.168.1.10 which is behind www.domain.com:3300
The other one is my web server, say IP =192.168.1.20 which have my www.domain.com webserver

When I am away, I can connect to the vpn from outside and have full access to internet BUT my own www.domain.com.

How to do? I can not use IP, my website has to be accessed with www.domain.com/xxx.
