OpenVPN GUI - Show Balloon options

1) Make them as multiple choices options (with Never = No checkboxes checked).

2) Add "On Disconnect" as an option as well, along with On "Connect" and "Reconnect". It'd be very useful to quickly realize when your VPN has went down due to connection issues, and thus to avoid some possible loss of data.

I think that it's relatively quick and easy to do. Hope that you consider it
