Not able to access cloud servers through Open VPN

Hello Open VPN team,

We have been using Open VPN to connect to our IBM Cloud servers. Users from Dubai are able to connect to Open VPN but couldn't access servers. But the same Open VPN and configuration files works from other places. Only when user is on Dubai network then only we are facing this issue. Is there anything that Open VPN can help?

We also raided this concern with our IBM team and they said to raise a request with Open VPN.

And, of course, you checked your log files for problems ..

Yes, we have checked the log files and nothing much difference noticed.
