I am new here and I honestly don't know if I'm posting in the right place, so please inform me if I make any mistake.

So a few days ago, I decided to install Ubuntu 19.10 on my main laptop for the sake of testing out as I came across lots of positive reviews. As a usual habit, I went ahead and manually configure my connection through a VPN using the VPN settings in Ubuntu and an .ovpn config file. Fast forward to the part when I decided "that's enough Linux for today" and just wiped Ubuntu without doing anything about the VPN setup. Now even when I only have Windows left on my laptop, my connection is still routed through the VPN tunnel and now many websites are blocking me and some accounts of mine are suspended because of "unusual traffic". What can I do about this?
I don't know if this is needed, but my laptop is an HP Spectre x360 using an Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz adapter.
Thanks in advance!
My laptop is now on VPN all the time!

Re: My laptop is now on VPN all the time!
Have tried this method:
1. Open Settings
2. Go to network Click on the VPN Settings icon
3. Go to the Details tab (First tab)
4. Click remove VPN
let me know if this helps!

Charles
