OpenVPN Server on Netgear RAX75/ AX8 Router

Hello. I enabled the OpenVPN server on my home router and installed and cofigured the Connect app. while away from home I started the OpenVPN Connect app on my phone. When I enter a home IP address (ie. router), I access the address/router fine. However, when I google my IP, I get an address outside my home, problem the address the phone is using on my cellphone provider. Also, when I run media apps they say I'm outside my home. Any ideas?
