Two VPN (OpenVPN and Goose VPN)

Two VPN (OpenVPN and Goose VPN)

I have a VPN link to my server (OpenVPN) and a commercial VPN (Goose VPN), mostly to use the internet when I am not at home. When I start the OpenVPN link and then the Goose VPN, the last one (Goose VPN) will not work.

The other way round is no problem. So I have to open the Goose VPN first and then the OpenVPN. Can anyone tell me what cauuses this?
