Able to connect but WAN ip stay the same

Hi there,
I setup in my home openvpn server on my win 10 PC.

i am able to connect from my iPhone when I am out of the house, but when i check what is my public IP address
on my phone it's still on the 4G connection.

if i am connected to my house via VPN, why am i not getting my house IP address ?
