Configure OpenVPN with Mullvad

Hi,

It is step 12 i need help with:

Add the following entries to it:

route-nopull
route 10.8.0.1 255.255.255.255
socks-proxy 127.0.0.1 9150

This should be added in the OpenVPN configuration file in Wordpad. But where in this file should i paste this? In the beginning?
