How to block MAC request

I’m very new in openvpn. Can anyone help me regarding two issues?
I setup bridge with openvpn at in Linux server, then I connect a client Linux server with this server, everything is working fine but when is connect some user behind that client server that time I got a lot of MAC request at my main server because all client PC are connected through a switch & many type device is connect with this local switch. How could I stop all this unnecessary MAC request.

by not using a bridge. But I guess you must have a specific layer2 protocol you need over the vpn
