TAP-win32 driver install problems on Windows 7 RTM x64

I'm using openvpn 2.1 rc22 and tap adapter 9.0.0.6 (2.1_rc22/6). Yesterday it works, then for test I removed it, today tap adapter failed to install. I removed evereything that belongs to OpenVPN software, remove all antivirus/firewalls and result:

tapinstall.exe install OemWin2k.inf tap0901
Device node created. Install is complete when drivers are installed...
Updating drivers for tap0901 from OemWin2k.inf.
tapinstall.exe failed.

tapinstall hwids @*net* in result nothing.
Please help me, thx!
