IOS 10 OpenVPN client can't see personal certs

I've just upgraded my iPhone 6 to the new Apple IOS 10 beta. Everything seems to work for me except openVPN. I'm on 1.0.5 build 177, latest from the AppStore.

I had it working just fine before the upgrade connecting to my personal OpenVPN server using username/password and Personal certificate authentication. However now when I attempt it seems to no longer be able to see the PK12 Certificates which are in the profile store. It reports "No certificates are present in the keychain.

I've checked and my certificate is present and valid. Though it's signed by my OpenVPN Root certificate and no public certificates (which is normal). I've even deleted and reinstalled it.

I'm suspecting a permissions issue with openVPN not being able to see this keychain.

Anyone else seeing this issue as well? Or possible solutions?

Same problem here.... I sent feedback to Apple in iOS 10 beta feedback app.

Going to try and create a profile with the certificate in the config file for now.

Not ideal, but hope that will get it working.

That worked. Not as secure - but gets me back online.

Same here, but he keeps on saying "transport" .. can't connect. On iphone still running iOS 9 it's still working, but not on ipad running iOS 10

Apple fixed this quite some time ago in the betas... I've been running IOS 10 and openVPN with personal certificates again for the last few months.
