Imported profile can't connect, has a local ip address

Hey, just finished setting up Openvpn on a pc in my house, port forwarded the correct ports and can get to the login page from outside my home network (I used access server). However, when I download the profile for my phone and import it, I can't connect and I think its because it says my local lan ip address. When imported, the profile says usr1/192.168.1.91 which is my server. Should it say the public ip?
