Unable to Install TAP Network Adapter

During the installation process of OpenVPN, I encountered the error "An error occurred installing the TAP device driver.".

I have tried numerous times in installing this through the latest installer, as well as manually by running the addtap.bat file as an administrator from the TAP-Windows directory.

It still returned an error.

"Updating drivers for tap0901 from C:\Program Files\TAP-Windows\driver\OemVista.inf."
"UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices failed, GetLastError=13 tapinstall.exe failed."

Any help would be much appreciated.
